1、 根据会计、税务相关法规及公司制度规定，基于公司业务经营特点和流程，健全公司会计核算制度，资产管理制度，保证财务核算工作的流程化体系化。

2、根据公司的规章制度，复核员工的报销和供应商的付款申请，保证审批流程是符合内部控制流程和外部法定要求。

In accordance with the company's rules and regulations, review employee reimbursement and supplier payment applications to ensure that the approval process is in line with internal control processes and external statutory requirements.

3、负责公司资金安排银行贷款事宜。 

Responsible for company capital arrangement and bank loan matters.

4、与银行，税务局，外汇管理局和其他政府机关保持联系，维持良好关系，及时获取最新的政策信息，并及时将其传递给上级和相关部门。

Keep in touch with banks, tax bureaus, foreign exchange administrations and other government agencies, maintain good relations, obtain timely and up-to-date policy information, and transmit it to higher authorities and relevant departments in a timely manner.

5、负责公司各项涉税事项，公司税务处理必须符合法规要求且能够充分利用国家优惠政策；熟悉进出口业务的税务处理和操作流程。

Responsible for the company's tax-related matters, the company's tax treatment must comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and be able to make full use of national preferential policies; familiar with import and export business tax treatment and operating procedures.

6、公司正确地进行会计处理，对施工合同及其相关的各项设计、建筑施工费用进行资金预算和控制；及时完成财务报表及年度审计工作。

The company carries on the accounting treatment correctly, carries on the fund budget and the control to the construction contract and the related design, the construction expense; completes the financial statement and the annual audit work promptly.

 

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，财务审计管理专业。

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance related.

2、八年以上相关经验，其中五年财务管理经验，有制造行业及四大会计师事务所经验优先考虑。

Over 8 years working experience, including over 5 years Finance Management working experience, manufacture industry experience and the accounting firms work experience is preferred;

3、具有医疗、研发、高新技术企业等相关知识。

With the knowledge of medical ,research，high technology knowledge。

4、熟悉税务，财政及外管相关工作，具有无锡银行、税务资源优先考虑。

Familiar with the work flow of tax and finance processing, with the ability to SAFE.With the Bank of Wuxi, the tax resources is preferred. 

5、接受过ERP或金蝶的培训。

Received training in ERP management and Kingdee management.

6、熟练使用办公软件：Excel\Work\PPT等。

Proficient in office software such as Excel\Work\PPT.

7、具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

8、具有良好的组织协调能力、团队合作能力。

Good organization and coordination ability and teamwork spirit.
