职责描述：
To develop safe software as a medical device or part of a medical device.
开发安全的医疗软件或者作为医疗器械一部分的软件；
To ensure all products are developed in accordance with the QMS.
确保产品开发符合质量系统的要求；
To ensure that customer requirements are well understood and adequately documented.
确保正确理解客户需求并充分文档化；
To analyze requirements and produce documented product designs.
分析需求并文档化产品设计；
All code shall comply with coding standards defined in projects or QMS.
代码符合项目或者公司质量系统定义的规范；
Ensure that adequate records of these verification activities are kept.
确保软件验证活动记录得到足够保存；
（Additional responsibilities for senior software engineer）
Be able to contribute to or lead software architectural design.
领导或者参与软件架构设计；
Develop sufficient product knowledge and field application knowledge.
发展足够的产品和行业应用知识；
Be able to lead software related safety analysis activities.
能够领导软件风险分析活动；
Could do trouble shooting independently.
能够独立完成系统排错；
Be able to coach other software engineers.
能够帮带其他软件工程师。
任职要求：
Knowledge and understanding of software engineering disciplines, practices, and techniques.
具备软件工程规范，技术和实践的知识；
Structured and professional approach to engineering.
结构化的专业工程方法；
C/C++ develop on Linux (RTOS programming experience is highly preferred).
Linux下的C/C++(有实时操作系统编程经验更佳)；
IPC and Multi-thread programming.
熟悉进程间通讯和多线程编程；
Object oriented software design.
面向对象的软件设计；
Safety critical systems development.
与安全进门相关系统开发经营；
Good written and spoken English.
英语书面和口语良好；
CET-6 is preferred.
6级尤佳。
