职位描述
工作职责：
1、与需求部门密切合作，及时了解采购需求，制定相应供应商策略及采购计划。
Establish the close cooperation with stake holder, technical / R & D / project management team based on procurement
request，develop supplier strategy and purchasing plan accordingly.
2、严格执行各项采购制度和流程，根据需求负责询价、谈判、比价、拟定采购合同、跟踪、验收、供应商评估及反馈汇总等
工作。
Strictly implement the purchasing process and procedures, responsible for the procurement task according to internal
requirements, including: inquiry, negotiation, price comparison, purchase contract, purchasing project tracking,
acceptance, supplier evaluation and feedback summary and so on.
3、根据医疗设备质量管理体系法律法规的要求维护供应商文档完成采购的四要素：质量，成本，交期及服务。
According to the requirements of medical equipment quality management system laws and regulations, maintain
procurement documents and Implement procurement processes, insure the key points of procurement: Quality, Cost,
Delivery, Service.
4、发展和维持良好的供应商关系，建立合格供应商清单并进行定期维护，与质量部门配合完成供应商评估和评审，提高供应
商的质量及服务水平；；支持并积极推进供应商质量改进计划。
To be responsible for Supplier evaluation and performance review, improve the supplier’s quality and service
performance; cooperate with quality department to complete supplier evaluation, establish qualified supplier list and carry
out regular maintenance, etc.; develop and maintain good supplier relationship. Support and actively promote supplier
quality improvement plan.
5、以项目为导向参与公司新产品的设计，研发，导入和改进。
Project-oriented participation in the design, development, introduction and improvement of new products.
6、其他未尽事宜。
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科、国际贸易、物流管理等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering，international trade, Supply Chain Management, etc..
2、3~5年以上设备/装备前期开发采购和运作经验；具备采购领域专业知识；熟悉医疗设备行业相关法律法规(如
ISO13485)。
At least 3~5 years working experience in device/equipment sourcing and operational purchasing; Professional in
Procurement field. Familiar with medical device/equipment process and related legal rules （ISO13485）.
3、了解国际贸易流程，遵守商业规则。
Be familiar with the international trade process, comply with commercial compliance.
4、有良好的供应商沟通技巧、谈判能力和成本分析。
Be good at supplier communication skills, negotiation skills and cost analysis.
5、具备良好的解决问题及团队合作能力。
Good coordination ability and teamwork spirit.
6、具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
